ER is the USEPA's largest provider of environmental emergency response services, responsible for six regions as prime contractor. For the past 12 years, ER has managed activities at federal government Superfund sites directing cleanup efforts. ER has performed more than 1,000 agency-issued Task Orders for remediation and response projects. Scope of work for these Task Orders includes large scale excavations, residential excavation/restoration, facility demolition and decontamination, emergency response, remediation and restoration services. Our response crews have been on scene providing cleanup services for the country's largest oil spills and most critical hazardous materials releases incidents.

      USEPA Region 7 (MO, KS, NE, IA)
      USEPA Region 8 (CO, MT, ND, SD, UT, WY)

Currently subcontractor for ERRS contract in:
      USEPA Region 6 (OK, AR, LA, TX, NM)

      Omaha Lead Residential Remediation Contract 
      US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rapid Response Contract

ER has earned our reputation for providing excellent service for a variety of complex environmental response, remediation and restoration projects through work completed for our government contract issued Task Orders. Our FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliant purchasing system, DCAA Accounting System (Defense Contract Audit Agency), compliant QC Program, Program Management and flawless job execution provide the basis for our continued growth as a contractor for the federal government.

Contractor performance is reviewed annually by the issuer of individual contracts. USEPA issues annual Contractor Performance Reviews, (CPRs), evaluating contractor performance across all service categories. We are proud that for the past several years, USEPA has consistently scored ER's performance as "Excellent" or "Outstanding" for work in all categories.
